The copyright of the image belongs to the artist and the employer only. Do not allow anyone to repost work if you are not the author of the work.

It is not allowed to post the work on any NFT and AI generator channels anywhere. If I find out later that you use commission image for AI for NFT, you have to pay fines over 20,000 USD

An employment contract will commence only upon receipt of the brief and full payment of wages. (In the case that the price of the work exceeds can be divided into payments as agreed.)

If the brief is not submitted within 3 days and payment is not made within 3 days (after submitting the quotation), the engagement will be considered invalid.

This Term of Service and work contract will be automatically effective after receive the brief and payment.

There will be no refunds once the hire has begun. Unless the artist is unable to continue working on that piece.

Refund after customers cancellation is not possible

Refunds will be as agreed upon by both parties.

When employment begins It will be considered that both sides agree. and agree to the terms stated on this website

Contract will be terminated after the final works is sent.

After the brief, I will inform you of the total Price and QUEUE in your contact channel.

The queue will be updated within 48 hours in QUEUE

After confirmation, you will recieve the invoice included price and schedule

After receiving an agreement regarding employment. Please pay within 3 days.

Waiting to send the sketch and Final work

Full payment is required after the invoice was sent. However, if the overall price exceeds 200 USD, partial payment is possible (Split payments, you have to pay 50% after sending the sketch and after Final work you have to pay another 50% after). or pay in installment as agreed later)

You can request paper size pixel/inch dpi. you can request 1-800 dpi.

*I will keep the work files for only 30 days after sending the work to the employer.

Brief the background clearly. What do you want in background And what kind of place is it?

Most of the drawings are overdrawing on the line (soft line) . If you want sharp line work, please inform me in the request.

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานไปลงช่องทาง NFT และ AI generator ที่ใดก็ตาม หากทางเราพบเจอทีหลังจะขอค่าปรับเป็นจำนวนเงินมากกว่า 200,000 บาท

สัญญาจ้างงานจะเริ่มได้ก็ต่อเมื่อได้รับ บรีฟ และ ค่าจ้างเต็มจำนวน (กรณีราคางานสูงเกินสามารถแบ่งชำระได้ตามที่ตกลงกัน)

หากไม่ส่งบรีฟภายใน 3 วัน และไม่ชำระเงินภายใน 3 วัน (หลังจากส่งใบเสนอราคา) สัญญาว่าจ้างจะถือว่าเป็นโมฆะ

เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ และสัญญางานนี้จะมีผลใช้บังคับโดยอัตโนมัติหลังจากได้รับ บรีฟและการชำระเงิน

จะ ไม่มีการคืนเงิน เมื่อเริ่มการว่าจ้างแล้ว เว้นแต่เราจะไม่สามารถทำงานชิ้นนั้นต่อไปได้เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบและทำการคืนเงิน

ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้หลังจากที่ลูกค้ายกเลิกการว่าจ้าง

การคืนเงินจะเป็นไปตามที่ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกัน

เมื่อการจ้างงานเริ่มขึ้น จะถือว่าทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกัน และยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้บนเว็บไซต์นี้
